Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team (along with our cartoon cats and dogs, of course!) starts preparing your package for shipment with love and care.

Please note that customized or high-demand items (such as winter pet nests or premium bed sets) may take a few additional days due to restocking or quality checks.

📦 Note: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure product protection. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment, and there’s no additional charge for split deliveries.
